I’ve been working with Marc-Andre for the last 18 months and plans to keep going. In this time I have found him to be, highly dedicated, insightful, caring, knowledgeable, insistent and encouraging. He has helped me achieve goal I’ve had for my business for many years ( and have procrastinated ). Marc-Andre is a great coach for me. The main things I need in a coach at the moment is strategy and structure - he is great at both. He also keeps me accountable for the things that we agree are required for me to grow my business. I don't always like doing them, but he gently presses me with understanding and respect to push myself further and do the uncomfortable things for the future reward. We also sometimes have to delve into the deeper 'why' factors of my resistance and he does that with structure and strategy as well. Love his work, plus we have some good conversations as well.
